These lathes are a new version of the LU model machine tools line which was received very well by the customers. The 4-axis machining technology proven and developed over a number of years, with the application of two tool heads with full passage in the Z axis enables to double the capacity and to perform lathe operations that are virtually impossible for the 2-axis lathe. This results in a much higher profitability, despite the initially higher investment costs. The new version has been additionally equipped with a modern, more powerful electro-spindle drive and live tools with enhanced torque and increased spindle passage.T
