3D Virtual Monitor software allows for accurate and three-dimensional machining simulation based on the models of machine, chuck, tools and detail and machining program. Thanks to this, any collisions or inaccuracies of the workmanship can be detected.
An application of 3D Virtual Monitor enables one to:
  • determine the tool length and chuck types
  • check the correctness of codes synchronizing a simultaneous machining
  • detect errors in the program that generates defects
