SERVONAVIis a highly precise technology that contributes to improving the accuracy when machining heavy details. This technology is available in selected models of machining centers, multi-tasking centers and turning centers.

SERVONAVI AI(Automatic Identification) module automatically identifies the optimal settings for servo drives:
- Work Weight Auto Setting for milling centers: automatic identification of the current table load (detail + instrument) to achieve shorter cycle times due to higher acceleration values, without adversely affecting the accuracy of the machining.
- Auto Inertia Setting for turning centers: automatic determination of the chuck inertia with the workpiece for high accuracy of C axis positioning and its smooth movements (reduction of tracking errors and positioning errors).

SERVONAVI SF (Surface Fine-tuning) module enables one to extend the machine's working time and maintain its high work accuracy:
- Reversal Spike Auto Adjustment: during the machine's years of use, the axle movements resistance may change, requiring adjustments of the servo drive parameter settings to the settings that were optimal at the time of the first installation of the machine. The result of such changes may be traces on the workpiece at the points of reverse of the given axis (change of direction of movement). The Reversal Spike Auto Adjustment function automatically changes the parameters of the servo drives, adjusting them to the current optimum values, enabling one to limit the reverse errors and to achieve the quality of the machined surface, compared to the one obtained with the new machine.
- Vibration Auto Adjustment: can quickly eliminate noise and vibrations that may occur over the years of machine operation. Thanks to this function, the user can achieve an improved quality of the machined surfaces, as well as extend the life of the machine by increasing the life of the lead-screws.
