Collision Avoidance System uses 3D models of details, tools, clamping devices, head and tailstock to determine the actual movements of the machine. Thanks to this, the control system can detect in real time possible collisions and prevent them. The CAS system enables one to reduce the time of testing the program in the event of a collision, as the system detects collisions by itself and reacts in a timely manner.

• program control - checking possible collisions in the program before the actual machining operation;
• manual work - the control is carried out before movements performed in manual mode. If potential collisions are detected, manual movements are automatically stopped;
• automatic work - the programmer controls the movements of the machine during its operation. When a possible collision is detected, the machine is stopped.
