An ongoing challenge during the machining process is the identification of the optimum machining conditions that would ensure the quickest possible machining with minimal vibration. The Machining Navi software calculates the recommended spindle revolutions on an ongoing basis and without decreasing the revolutions it ensures the machining conditions during which no self-excited vibrations occur.
The advantages of using the Machining Navi software:

• Machining Navi L-g – adjusting the machining parameters for the turning. The vibrations in lathes can be eliminated by changing the spindle speed to achieve a smooth surface without decreasing the speed.
• Machining Navi M-g – adjusting the machining parameters for the milling The system detects noises resulting from vibration using a microphone. Then it displays the values of the optimal spindle speeds. The operator immediately changes the machining parameters by touching the selected speed on the screen.
• Machining Navi M-i - adjusting the machining parameters for the milling. The self-excited vibrations are measured using a built-in sensor and the Machining Navi system automatically calculates and changes the spindle rotation speed so that the machining could be carried out under optimal conditions.
